SPRING TRAINING CONNECTION FEATURED ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHAT
Featured ad for any approved lodging establishment (hotel, motel, resort, vacation rental).
 (Note: In these terms & conditions, hotel is used in place of all types of lodging establishments.)

There are two types of featured ads available:

  • The "Logo Ad" can contain two mini logos, or one bigger logo, and 12-20 words of text, in addition to the header, which is the name of the hyperlinked hotel.
  • The "Banner Ad" can contain one banner and 12-20 words of text, in addition to the header, which is the name of the hyperlinked hotel. The standard-size horizontal banner should be 468 x 60, although slightly larger sizes and vertical banners can be accepted.

    WHEN
    For 6 months, beginning on the date that the approved ad is posted online.
     (Note: Games for the 2016 spring training season begin on February 28 and end on April 2.)

    SUMMARY
    Featured ads are exclusive to the page, meaning that no other hotels will enjoy the same kind of presence (defined as either a banner or logo ad) while yours is active. Your ad will be placed above the hotel listings (Hotels close to...) section on the available ballpark page of your choosing. Payment also includes a listing for your property in the hotel listings section at no extra charge, a (current) $39 value.
    The hotel listings section is independent of the "featured ad" for which your exclusivity applies to.

    Changes can be made to the ad (text or graphics) during the time it's active, if desired, by e-mailing manager@springtrainingconnection.com.
